About Us
We provide support to people with developmental disabilities, people who have experienced a brain injury, their families and the community. The intent of our program is to use a whole person concept to service provision that includes balanced mental and physical well-being, personalized goals and real-world experiences. Our mission is to CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
