Seton House is a self-sufficiency program for single-parent families experiencing homelessness.
Our mission is to support single-parent families in their journey towards self-sufficiency. We provide housing, case management, and support services to participant families. Our values include accepting each family where they are and supporting their individual goals for the future.
Children’s Services Coordinator (CSC) will work closely with the program team to provide case management and support services to the children at Seton House. The CSC will support parents in advocating for their children and navigating community resources. The CSC will plan, coordinate, and implement enrichment activities for the children, and will plan and provide homework help as needed.
- Develop and/or locate appropriate resources to meet the self-identified needs of each family
- Develop and support collaborative relationships with other agencies and schools as necessary to provide services; develop and maintain a trusting relationship with participant children and parents.
- Develop individual goals with participant families to effectively meet needs and monitor progress towards goals.
Develop and implement all programming for children, including education, cultural, and recreational programs.
