We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and customer service focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first face, most of our guests will see upon arrival to our hotel, it is your duty to warmly and enthusiastically greet our guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the hotel as well as completing tasks associated with the hotel’s daily operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel property management system
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Address guest’s special requests and transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle multi-phone line systems while demonstrating proper telephone etiquette.
- Communicate with all departments and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.
- A positive attitude towards your work and co-workers is a must
- Promote hotel services and amenities
