Sweat Session Wellness Wednesdays at David Street Station
Every Wednesday from June 14th - August 23rd, the YMCA of Natrona County will be offering free workout classes at David Street Station!
From 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM each week, they will be offering sweat sessions. Instructors will lead you through various styles of workouts that will get your heart pumping while targeting all the major muscle groups.
Every week from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM, they will be offering family style fitness classes for all ages!
We recommend bringing your own workout mat, sunscreen, bug spray, sweat towel, and a water bottle for your personal comfort.
