October 6th: Origami
Origami is the Japanese art of folding paper into figures of birds and other animals. Not only is it fun, but origami can also give a student a better intuitive grasp of certain geometrical principles! This is a free activity.
Ages 6 and up welcome as long as they can follow instructions well. Parents may stay to help the 6 and 7 year olds with this project. NOTE: You must sign your child in and out of the classroom!
