The drum stays strong and is considered the heart of the Northern Arapaho people. It also provides the music to the Native American Experience Song and Dance. Held every Tuesday at 6 p.m., the free shows offer pow wow style dance performances. Featuring local dancers, the hour long program gives viewers a glimpse into the vibrant, alive and thriving culture of the Native American people. Guests also get a chance to take part in the singing and dancing that will leave you with a memorable experience. The Native American Experience Song and Dance has gained a national following and have been spotlighted in print, web and television stories. The performances starts the first week in June and ends the last week in August. All performances are held in the Spring Mountain Room.
