The first 15 registrations (limited to 1 per industry) received by the Chamber of Commerce will be the 15 businesses chosen to exhibit/co-host this After Hours Event.
Registrations are accepted online and are time stamped according to receipt.
Payment must be made in full within 20 days of registration or you will forfeit your spot.
Exhibitors will offer promotional items at their booth space: Each exhibitor is solely responsible for its own materials.
Each exhibitor will offer a give-away of some kind, with a value of $50 or more. The Chamber will provide someone to draw & announce prizes at the event.
Booths must be set-up by 4:00 & can?t be torn down prior to 8:00 P.M.
Each co-host will be provided with a display table. All other booth needs should be brought by exhibitor (We recommend you don?t sit at your booth) but will provide chairs upon request.
A white table cloth will be provided for each table.
The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce will promote the event and the participating exhibitors online and vie email, television and radio. Exhibitors are asked to promote the event to their customers as well.
You agree to man your booth from 4:00- 8:00.
