31st Annual Festival of Trees

When: Tuesday, December 3, 2019
5:30 p.m. Cocktails, Hors-d'oeuvres and Silent Auction
6:30 p.m.  Live Auction

Where: Central Wyoming Fairgrounds; Industrial Building

What:Our  31st  annual  gala  is  an  auction  of  fully decorated      Christmas trees, wreaths, stockings  and  items  donated  by  individuals or local businesses. The event begins at 5:30
p.m. with a silent auction, cocktails, and hors-d'oeuvres.  The live  auction  begins  at  6:30 p.m. and lasts until approximately 8:30 p.m.
  
Goal: To raise much-needed funds and awareness for the Special Olympics Wyoming’s statewide programs  while  educating  an audience of more than 600 guests about 
the mission of the organization.

Tickets: $50.00 per person or $75.00 per couple.

Sponsorship:  Sponsorships   for   this   event   range   from donating  an  auction  item  up  to  a  $25,000 Platinum sponsorship. Trees are purchased and  decorated  by a  company,  organization 
or  an  individual  and  auctioned  off  to  the highest bidder.

Format: Upon arrival, guests are greeted by Special Olympics  Wyoming  athletes  and  enjoy an evening of, hors-d'oeuvres,     cocktails, strolling  among  beautifully  decorated trees and bidding on a selection of auction items.
